This is our home gym and where our Founder and President, Michael Zarate, trains and coaches wrestling and youth Jiu Jitsu. We will be providing uniform items and scholarship opportunities to the wonderful youth athletes in Northern Utah. We could not be prouder to be supporting our own, home community!

Beyond the Barracks and Fighting Chance Athletics Collaboration
Fighting Chance Athletics is joining forces with Beyond the Barracks to create a military scholarship program tailored for the children of service members. Through this collaboration, our organizations aim to provide opportunities for military kids to engage in both boxing and Jiu Jitsu. By combining our resources and expertise, Beyond The Barracks and Fighting Chance Athletics seek to not only enhance the physical well-being of young individuals but also instill valuable life skills such as discipline, resilience, and teamwork. This innovative initiative reflects a shared commitment of supporting military families and fostering an approach in our youth’s development.
